From Science to Systems: My Journey
My career began in science and engineering, where I earned a PhD in Materials Science and contributed to the development of a novel artificial spinal disc. This sparked my passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held senior operations roles in manufacturing, technology, and research organisations, leading teams, embedding Lean Six Sigma, and delivering measurable results in efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.
Time and again, I saw the same challenge: businesses relying on individual effort and “tribal knowledge” instead of clearly documented systems. That’s what drew me to SYSTEMology.
