A SYSTEMologist is a certified specialist trained in the SYSTEMology® framework for business systemisation.

Unlike traditional consultants who analyze and write reports, SYSTEMologists extract and implement systems. We:

  • Use modern tools (video, SystemHUB, AI) instead of lengthy manuals

  • Build systems that actually get used, not filed away

I combine SYSTEMology certification with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and 20+ years of operational experience in manufacturing, logistics, and SME environments.

Done With You (DWY)

  • They work directly with your team to extract and document systems

  • I facilitate the process and guide them through the framework

  • Best for: Founders with time and who want to train internal capability from day one

Done For You (DFY) 

  • I do the documentation work directly

  • Your Systems Champion works alongside me as my 'wing person' and learns the SYSTEMology process

  • You review and approve

  • Best for: Time-poor founders who want it done quickly while still training someone internally

Both include:

  • 12 weekly sessions over 3 months

  • Systems Champion trained and ready to maintain systems

Note: SystemHUB software charged separately.

What if we don't have a Systems Champion?

Good news: Systems Champion training is included in both service options. We'll identify and develop the right person during our engagement.

Ideal Systems Champion characteristics:

  • Naturally organized and process-oriented

  • Curious about how things work

  • Respected by the team

  • Has time capacity (or we create it)

  • Doesn't need to be senior

Typical roles: Office manager, operations coordinator, team lead, or even a founder who wants to own this.

No experience needed: I train them during the 3-month implementation. By the end, they can maintain and improve systems independently.

If you truly have no one: Consider the Done For You option, and we'll discuss hiring or developing someone during implementation.
